In each geography, one Sync Embassy represents Data Sync with authority. It runs the business locally and links Data Source Solutions with every reseller in its territory.
Most software vendors grow through long lists of resellers that all report to head office. That works for simple products. It works poorly for real-time replication, where every customer needs certified engineers, local support and someone with the authority to make decisions in their language and time zone.
So we sign Sync Embassies. A Sync Embassy is an established technology company that acts for Data Source Solutions in a defined geography. It keeps its own name and its own customers. Within its territory it speaks for Data Sync, sells and implements it, supports it, and builds and leads the local network of resellers.
The Embassy is the official face of Data Sync in its territory, at customer meetings, at industry events, with technology partners and in tenders.
Each territory has one Embassy, so customers and resellers always know who to call and no two partners compete for the same account.
Resellers in the territory are recruited, certified, supplied and supported through the Embassy. The Embassy is their single point of contact.

Territories are defined individually with each Embassy. A large region can hold more than one Embassy, each with its own countries. Where no Embassy has been signed yet, Data Source Solutions works with customers and resellers directly.
